How To Film Your Golf Swing

Down-the-line

  • Camera 10–12 ft behind you, at belt height, centered on hands.
  • Make sure your full swing is in frame.
  • Use an alignment stick on your target line (optional “T” for stance).
  • Record, check, adjust.

Face-On

  • Camera 10–12 ft away, at belt height, in line with ball position.
  • Ensure camera is square to target line.
  • Record, check, adjust.
